All processing is designed in 3D by their in-house technical department to obtain a fine precision on all parts.

DERATECH has a cooperation agreement with a renowned manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience in the development and production of press-brakes and shears.

A lot of attention is paid to the quality and durability of the machines: all frames are welded by robot and are heat-annealed afterwards for stress-relief, all cylinders are honed and chromed, the frame is built robust and stable. All machines arrive in Belgium mechanically assembled.

The DERATECH Classica is a basic press brake but very complete in execution. The Classica offers the operator a heavy built, reliable machine at an economical price. The massive torsion bar together with the servo-driven mechanical depth stops guarantee high precision bending. On customer demand, the machine can furthermore be equipped with a hydraulic crowning device, a 2-axis CNC control, customer-specific tooling, etc. Classica is the press brake for customers looking for a precise machine at an economically justified price.		The DERATECH Technica adds enhancements to the design of the Classica including a multi-axis CNC control with angle programming and a CNC-controlled hydraulic crowning system.  Crowning adjustments are entirely managed through the CNC control, therefore you can obtain accurate bending results quickly and efficiently. As no more manual settings have to be made, the Technica is the ideal machine for single-piece production and small batches.		The DERATECH ULTIMA is a CNC-controlled servo press-brake equipped with a 2D graphical multi-axis CNC-controller with angle programming possibilities, a CNC-controlled hydraulic crowning system and a fast and accurate backgauge on ballscrews. Includes CNC control of the tiltable ram (Y1/Y2), repeatability of 0.0004", CNC control of the hydraulic crowning (C), and the back gauge in 2 axes (X/R).  Additional axes and top-of-the-line controllers can be added to enhance the productivity of these high-efficiency machines.

The DERATECH CLASSICA Plus press-brake is furthermore equipped with a manually adjustable hydraulic crowning system and a very user-friendly CNC-controller Cybelec DNC400 with angle-programming possibilities.		The DERATECH Technica Plus  press-brake is further enhanced with a 2D graphical controller (Windows) and a 2-axis X/R back gauge.  Servo controlled mechanical depth stops.		The DERATECH ULTIMA Plus press-brake Includes Cybelec a DNC 880 S CNC control (2D Graphics, Windows-based) of the backgauge (X) on ball screws, linear guides with powered height adjustment ( R ) and CNC control of the hydraulic crowning device ( C ) and CNC servo control of ram stroke (Y1-Y2) with digital encoders
